How to Completely DOMINATE YouTube with your Real Estate Videos in 2017!
How to get Your Listing Videos on the 1st Page of YouTube!
How to Get More People to View Your Listing Videos on YouTube
If you're a Real Estate Agent or Broker and your listing videos aren't on the 1st page of YouTube then you're waisting your money!
But don't worry. It's not your fault and there's a quick and easy fix.
I know why your videos aren't on the 1st page of YouTube and I can fix that for you!
My name is Frank Kasper and I'm a video marketer and owner of Top Spot Promotions.
I've been doing YouTube marketing for over 4 years and have 100's of videos ranked on the 1st pages of YouTube and Google right now.
Here are some screenshots of videos that are ranked on the 1st pages of Google and YouTube as of 2/18/2017.
I'm going to get right to the point and tell you why your videos are not listed on the 1st page of YouTube. And as a Realtor you can forget about getting a video ranked on the 1st page of Google.
There is way too much competition for that 1st page with the paid Google Ads, Google 3 Pack listings, companies like Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Homefinder plus some of the larger Brokerage firms like Coldwell Banker or Century 21.
Sometimes there's only 10 available spots on the 1st page of Google for organic listings!!!
This is why it's so important to get your videos on the 1st page of YouTube for multiple specific real estate keyword phrases.

Google owns YouTube. Google wants your videos to be viewed by as many people as possible because of the paid ads Google puts on your videos. They make money off of mine and your videos.
All YouTube videos are mobile friendly meaning they play perfectly on all mobile devices; iphones, tablets, laptops....
Videos are 47%+ more likely to be shared on Social Media accounts than just images.
A video can be ranked on the 1st page of YouTube sometimes in a matter of minutes and definitely within 24 hours unlike websites or blogs on the search engines.
Videos can be ranked on the 1st pages of the search engines like Google, Yahoo, Ask.com and AOL.com it just depends on the niche and the competition for their keywords.
YouTube videos sometimes stay ranked on the 1st pages of YouTube for years. How awesome is that! You could have one video working for you 24/7 for years on the 1st page. Look at these screenshots for some real estate videos.
Your videos can rank on the 1st pages of YouTube when someone isn't even searching for you or your business. Sometimes it's possible to get your video to rank when someone is searching for a restaurant, bar, motel or other business that is in your town!
And of course the more videos you have the more likely they will start to show up in the sidebar of YouTube for multiple videos that are in your area or niche.
YouTube videos can be ranked over and over again!
That's right the same video can be ranked on the 1st page of YouTube for multiple keyword phrases!
Look at the screenshots of the same video that's ranked on the 1st page of YouTube for 5 different keyword phrases!

In order to rank the same video multiple times you must change the video slightly or create copies of it that are recognized by YouTube as new videos.
There is software available that can create unique copies of videos. I use Video Spin Blaster Pro or YouTube Video Breeder. Both work 100% of the time and I've never had a problem uploading videos to YouTube after using these.
The other way to upload the same video multiple times is to add an intro or outro to the video with software like Camtasia. I use Camtasia because sometimes the original video can be improved by adding text on top of the video as it plays or by adding a music track.
Geo-Tagging Videos: Inside of YouTube there is an Advanced Setting where you can Geo-Tag any property address. In the next section I'll tell you exactly how this works and why you must do this to all of your videos. (I bet your competition is not doing this)

It's important for you to Geo-Tag all of your videos because of all the searches that are done with mobile devices!
Here's a scenario you can relate to: A potential buyer is in their car on a Saturday afternoon driving through some neighborhoods that they want to buy in.
They go to YouTube on their phone and they type in something like; homes for sale in lighthouse point fl.
Now since your listing video or marketing video is Geo-Tagged to an address in Lighthouse Point Fl who's video is much more likely to show up in their search on YouTube?
Your video is much more likely to show up! But why???
Because not only is your video Geo-Tagged so is the video description and don't forget Google knows exactly where that person is when they're searching on their phone for properties.
Your listing address or office address may be 1 block away from that person searching on their phone so doesn't it make sense for Google to show them your video?
Yes it does and that's what will happen.
And now I've saved the Best for Last. Did you know that one video can rank for multiple keyword phrases?

That's right one video can rank of the 1st page of YouTube for multiple keyword phrases.
This is the #1 reason why video marketing on YouTube is by far the easiest, fasted and cheapest way to market your business, yourself or your listings!
Look at this screenshot. That one video now ranks for 12 different keyword phrases all related to the Pest Control business.
This has happened because we did all the necessary SEO to this video, added it to a YouTube Link Wheel, installed it into our IFTTT Network, built the backlinks and embeds and added it to a YouTube Playlist.

Why Your Videos aren't Listed on Page 1 of YouTube:
There are 8 main reasons why most videos don't rank on the 1st pages of YouTube and the Search Engines.
These reasons have to do with the SEO for the video and the video channel. So when I say "optimized" I'm referring to Search Engine Optimization.
1. The video was not optimized before it was uploaded to a YouTube Channel.
2. The videos Title, Description and Tags were not optimized properly.
3. The Video Thumbnail was not optimized. The thumbnail is the little image for that video and yes it can be optimized.
4. The video was not Geo-Tagged.
5. The YouTube Channel that the video was uploaded to has not been 100% optimized or possibly even verified.
6. The video has not been inserted into a YouTube Link Wheel.
7. The YouTube Channel is not connected to an IFTTT Network.
8. The video has not been indexed or had the proper backlinks and embeds applied to it.
This is a lot of technical stuff that if you're not a YouTube marketer you're never going to figure this out or you're going to have to pay a lot of money to have this set up for your YouTube Channel.
But the Good News is you don't have to worry about any of this or pay a lot of money to utilize these marketing tools for your videos.
All of my YouTube Channels are 100% Optimized, Verified and connected to an IFTTT Network.
I optimize, index, build backlinks + embeds and Geo-Tag all the videos I upload and create YouTube link wheels for them.
PLUS when I write the Video Title I use keyword phrases that I already now will rank on the 1 pages of YouTube for multiple real estate specific keyword phrases for your town or city!
How Do I Do This? I use a piece of software called Traffic Xtractor.
** This software tells me exactly which keyword phrases will be easy to rank for on YouTube and how many times that keyword phrase get searched for every month!!! **
I need you to read that last sentence again.
This is better than shooting fish in a barrel.....
With this information you can and will Completely Dominate YouTube for YOUR Market Territory!
Look at this screenshot of some keyword phrases for Boca Raton, Florida I found using Traffic Xtractor.
Traffic Xtractor revealed 87 keyword phrases for real estate in boca raton florida. The first 46 keyword phrases combined get an average of 9,440 monthly searches on YouTube!!!
What if you as a Realtor or Broker had a video ranked on the 1st pages of YouTube for everyone of those keyword phrases?
Do you think you'd get some eyeballs on your videos???
Do you think you might get some phone calls???
Do you see now how YouTube videos can get you or your business long term advertising for very little cost?
